League Meetings - EAGM & AGM

To All Captains, Secretaries and Landlords,

At a recent meeting of the league officers, the following meeting dates have been agreed:

EAGM    Monday 11th May

AGM      Monday 15th June

Both these meetings will be held at Malmesbury Vics Football Club.

Over the course of the season we have been keeping records of the use of the AN Other rule and so far this season it has been used 138 times.

Unfortunately 37 of these have not specified which player played twice, I will therefore remind you of the rules regarding using the AN Other rule.

1) If you intend to use the rule, you must inform the opposing captain before the start of the game.

2) AN Others can only play on the last leg.

3) You must put up on the board at the start of the game the name/s of the players who will be playing twice.

4) Any of the players from legs one and two can play as AN Others in leg three.

5) Should the AN Other player have to leave before playing their second position, their place cannot be substituted and the team will continue the game with eight players.

Although it is not stated in the rulebook, you are asked not to use the same player all the time.
